I began my career in the early 1990s, building my first website just after the World Wide Web was born. Since then, I've acquired decades of experience, crafted countless brands, built hundreds of websites, produced award-winning advertisements, and become a prolific speaker, presenter, educator, and author.

I'm a Microsoft Office Specialist with Expert-level certifications in Excel and Access. I use AI every day for lots of things, from simple proofreading to graphic work (that doesn't look generated), for vibe programming, and just because it's fun to learn new and amazing technologies. I'm well-spoken and well-mannered, which matters more than you'd think when I'm interacting with clients on your behalf.

I've also spent years as a trainer and teacher, from corporate classrooms to custom e-learning courses, which is exactly the skill I bring to onboarding your team or getting everyone up to speed on something new. And running The Creative Offices has taught me the other side of the desk too: hiring and managing staff, working with bookkeepers and CPAs, and winning and keeping clients. I'm not just executing a task list. I understand what it takes to run the thing.

The Creative Offices was founded in 2017. Since then I've worked with clients across a wide range of industries — insurance and insurance technology, manufacturing, marketing and SEO agencies, IT consulting, and medical practices among them — which is part of why I can walk into almost any small business and get oriented quickly.
