Welcome to the family

We're so glad you're here. A few short steps and you're all set.

Step 1 of 6

When we say family, we mean it

Members of a family care about each other. They stand by each other. They only ever want the best for each other.

That philosophy is the foundation of our business. It guides how we treat our people, how we structure our agreements, and which clients we take on.

We're glad when you call, because we love to hear from you. We don't cut corners to save time. And we'll do all we can to help your business succeed.

Step 2 of 6

About you

A 10-digit US number. Type it any way you like.

Step 3 of 6

How we communicate

When you email or text us, start with a letter that tells us how urgent it is. Emergencies get handled first, and everything else is handled in order.

  • E: EmergencyRequires immediate attention
  • U: UrgentPlease respond within one business day
  • NU: Not UrgentPlease respond in the order received
  • G: GeneralNo response necessary

For example: U: Collateral needed for upcoming tradeshow

Step 4 of 6

Your client portal

Everything you need as a client lives in one place: kb.thecreativeoffices.com. We call it the client portal.

Need something done? Open a service request.

It's the fastest way to hand us a task. Your request goes straight into our queue, and nothing gets lost in an inbox.

You don't need to save these links. We'll email them to you when you finish.

Step 5 of 6

Help us solve it faster

Much of what we do is troubleshooting. When something goes wrong, answering a few questions up front gets it fixed sooner:

  • What were you doing, or trying to do, when it happened?
  • What should have happened that didn't?
  • What error messages did you see? Copy and paste them if you can.
  • Do you have a screenshot or an example to share?
  • What is the exact web page address? This one matters most.

Step 6 of 6

Billing

We bill every Friday for that week's hours, so there is never a big bill building up for the end of the month. Here is everything your card can be charged for.

I authorize The Creative Offices to keep my card on file and to charge it for:

  1. Hours worked. Billed by the hour at the rate quoted to me, every Friday, for the hours worked that week. No retainer and no minimum term.
  2. Purchases made on my behalf. Things like printing or software, billed as needed at cost plus a 5% handling fee. I will approve each purchase in writing, by email or text message, before it is made.
  3. Recurring services and subscriptions. Things like website hosting and maintenance, billed monthly or annually on their renewal dates at the rates quoted to me, until I cancel them with 30 days' written notice.

A receipt will be emailed to me for each charge.

Next you'll add your card on Stripe's secure page. Saving it is your approval of everything above. Nothing is charged today, and we never see or store your card number.
