Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 29, 2026
The Creative Offices is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology like screen readers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. Since I sell accessibility work to clients, I hold this site to the same standard.
Conformance target
This site is built to conform to WCAG 2.1, Level AA — the standard most commonly referenced in accessibility law and litigation. That includes things you can't see directly: sufficient color contrast (checked and documented in the site's own stylesheet, not just eyeballed), a logical heading structure, visible keyboard-focus outlines, a "skip to main content" link, real alt text on meaningful images, forms with properly associated labels, and no content that depends on color alone to convey meaning.
Conformance is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certificate. I review and fix issues as they're found rather than claiming a perfect, permanent state.
Known limitations
Some images used for decoration or in blog posts predate a full accessibility review and may have less descriptive alt text than newer pages. If you find a specific barrier, please report it (see below) and I'll fix it.
Built-in, not bolted on
This site is plain, self-hosted HTML, CSS, and PHP — no third-party page-builder plugins or embedded widgets that could introduce accessibility issues outside my control. The one font used is self-hosted, and no scripts run from any other server.
Report a barrier
If you use assistive technology and run into something on this site that doesn't work the way it should, tell me. Email service@thecreativeoffices.com with the page and what happened, and I'll look into it personally.
