A lot of virtual assistants are entry-level generalists picking up whatever gig work they can find, priced accordingly. I'm not that. But the point is bigger: I take entire problems off your plate and build the systems so they stay off.

By the hour. There's no monthly retainer and no minimum term. You call, I work, and I bill for the hours. Invoices are due on receipt.

Yes. I use AI every day, and I help small business owners bring it into how they actually work: building the context it needs, automating repetitive work, and creating small custom tools. Practical first, buzzwords never.

I don't provide professional services that require extensive training or licenses, such as legal advice, tax advice or preparation, medical advice or care, or building advice. If something calls for one of those, I'll let you know so you can bring in the right professional.

A limited number. There are only so many hours in the day, and there is only one of me.
